Job Description – Assistant Manager – Research & Development Designation: Assistant Manager – Research & Development Qualification: MBA / PGDM – Fresher Company: Estabizz Fintech Private Limited Role Overview We are looking for MBA/PGDM freshers with strong research, analytical and communication skills to join our Research & Development team. The role involves researching professional service products, developing product knowledge, creating business content, studying market opportunities and gradually participating in client interactions and product execution. Roles & Responsibilities • Conduct detailed research on assigned products, services, industries and market developments. • Read and analyze technical and professional information and prepare structured research notes. • Develop detailed understanding of assigned products, processes, requirements and documentation. • Prepare detailed write-up, presentations, brochures and other product-related material. • Conduct competitor research and identify market trends and business opportunities. • Identify potential customer segments and assist in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. • Prepare product presentations, client questionnaires, checklists and internal knowledge material. • Support marketing and business development activities for assigned products. • Understand client requirements and participate in client discussions and meetings after adequate training. • Respond to product-related client queries under senior guidance. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client assignments. • Track assigned products and continuously update the internal knowledge base. Candidate Profile • MBA / PGDM Fresher. • Strong interest in research, consulting, finance, business and product development. • Good analytical and problem-solving ability. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable with extensive reading and research. • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to understand complex subjects and present them in simple language. • Self-driven, disciplined and willing to take ownership of assigned products. • Comfortable interacting with clients and professionals as the role progresses.
