Titile: Compliance Manager – RBI/NBFC Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Remote Company: Estabizz Fintech Private Limited We are looking for an experienced RBI/NBFC Compliance professional who can independently manage day-to-day regulatory and client compliance assignments. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions applicable to NBFCs. • Monitor and implement circulars, notifications, and guidelines issued by RBI. • Prepare and submit all RBI returns within prescribed timelines. • Maintain statutory registers and compliance records. • Liaise with RBI officials during inspections and audits. • Handle RBI inspection observations and ensure timely closure of action points. • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms as per RBI guidelines. • Coordinate with internal departments for regulatory data collection and reporting. • Support Secretarial and Legal team in regulatory matters. • Conduct periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments. • Maintain Board reporting related to compliance status. • Monitor and assess regulatory changes, highlighting business impact and necessary actions Key Requirements: • Regulatory Knowledge Required: RBI Master Direction NBFC KYC & AML Guidelines Fair Practices Code Outsourcing Guidelines IT Framework for NBFCs Scale Based Regulation (SBR) framework. • In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, NBFC compliance frameworks, governance standards, and reporting requirements. • 3 to 5 years of experience in related field. • Experience in handling regulatory applications and client coordination will be preferred. • Strong follow-up, documentation, drafting and communication skills. • Should be organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple client assignments. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional certifications (CS/CA/CFA/compliance certifications) will be an advantage.
