Leadership Opportunity | Chief Manager – Credit & E-commerce Partnerships

"Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design and manage credit policies for customer acquisition through e-commerce platforms. Analyze partner-sourced customer profiles and define risk segmentation frameworks. Collaborate with credit bureaus, data science, and analytics teams to develop scorecards and alternate data models. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce lending portfolio: approval rates, default rates, vintage analysis, etc. Work closely with product, risk, and partner teams to fine-tune underwriting rules based on evolving trends. Conduct periodic reviews of credit performance at a cohort, product, and partner level. Ensure regulatory and internal compliance in all customer onboarding and decisioning processes. Support the launch of new products in collaboration with tech and product teams by providing credit risk input. Job Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in credit risk or underwriting, preferably in fintech or digital banking environments. Experience in managing credit programs tied to e-commerce or digital channels Exposure to digital lending APIs and onboarding journeys Experience in co-lending or third-party origination models Strong grasp of consumer lending credit risk principles (unsecured lending, EMI financing, BNPL, etc.) Knowledge of e-commerce customer behavior and alternative data sources (digital footprint, transaction data) Familiarity with credit decisioning tools and rule engines (e.g., Experian Hunter, FICO, custom engines).
