How often should the AML policy be reviewed?+
At minimum annually, and whenever there is a material change in business model, regulatory guidance, or a new FATF/FIU-IND circular.
What are STR and CTR filing deadlines?+
STRs must be filed within 7 days of determining a transaction is suspicious. CTRs (cash transactions ≥ ₹10 lakh or equivalent) must be filed by the 15th of the following month.
