FSSAI Licence
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) mandates that every food business operator (FBO) — manufacturer, trader, restaurant, caterer, importer, or e-commerce food seller — obtain the appropriate FSSAI registration or licence before commencing operations. APEDA Registration

AYUSH Licence

The Ministry of AYUSH also mandates GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance under Schedule T. Factory Licence
Any premises employing 10 or more workers with power, or 20 or more without power, in a manufacturing process requires a factory licence under the Factories Act, 1948.
