Maharashtra Pollution Control Board

Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) was set up on seventh September 1970. It was set up under the arrangements of Maharashtra Prevention of Water Pollution Act, 1969.

  • Water Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1974

  • Air Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1981

  • Administrator

  • Member Secretary

Assessment by the Board
