Urgent Requirement Of Sales Coordinator ( Remote Job )
Responsibilities
- Candidate should have good Communication with multiple language. Updating all sales related data.
- Emails to customers as per the available updated data base for special promotion of new titles/ bucket of titles for specialized markets, from time to time (as Inside sales team).
- New Customer Accounts to be filled in CRM completely and handed over to Accounts / Execution Team at HO.
- Getting the Documents from Customers as per the requirement from the execution team
- Handle multiple Inbound and outbound calls of customers to pitch sales and services
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Up-sell other products wherever possible.
- Coordinating with Accounts for various adjustments. Maintaining MIS & Coordinating with Accounts and Execution team.
- Maintain good customer with proper follow-up by using CRM and cloud base calling
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.
Basic Requirement
Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate
Having Basic knowledge of Tele- Sales and Customer Support
Must have atleast 1 year of Experience (Good Communication with Fresher can also apply)
Candidate with any location can join as its a remote job (Must have Computer / laptop with internet connection as it’s a cloud-based calling to provide customer support & operate the CRM)
(Salary from 15000 to 30,000) there will be no bar for Right candidate
Target meet is compulsory
